Misai8 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Definitions & Scope of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use misai8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

• Not using another person's name, identity, or documents during registration or the verification process.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, a utility bill, or other supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings earned on misai8 may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your name.

New members are eligible for a bonus of up to RM 888 for the first deposit. The standard rollover requirement is 15 times bonus value before a withdrawal can be processed. The rollover requirement must be met within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged directly for cash – they can only be converted through the wagering process that satisfies the rollover requirement.
• Misai8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a round from being completed, the bet will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any form of automation to play casino games is strictly prohibited.

8. Sports Betting

The misai8 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, cricket (IPL, ICC), e-sports, and a range of other sports. The general Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the misai8 system. No bet cancellations are permitted after confirmation, unless a match is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the stated policy.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If the odds change while you are placing a bet, the system will notify you and prompt you to reconfirm.
• For matches that are postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and refunded.
• In DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) situations for cricket matches, results calculated using the DLS method are considered the official outcome for bet settlement purposes.

9. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

• Not taking any action that could undermine the integrity of the games, damage misai8's reputation, or negatively affect other members' experience.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location or to access misai8 from a restricted region.
• Not attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities (bugs) in the misai8 system. Any vulnerability discovered must be reported to the misai8 team and must not be exploited.
• Keeping your account secure by using a strong and unique password, and notifying misai8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Misai8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have breached any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or attempted money laundering has been detected in connection with the account.
• Members registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Members abusing the bonus system or systematically engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• There is a directive from legal authorities requiring misai8 to freeze or close the account in question.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be fully frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

11. Responsible Gambling

Misai8's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised.
